I have installed the Authy app but get "Multi-device is disabled" error

To resolve the "Multi-device is disabled" issue, you'll need to go through an account reset directly with Authy. Once this process is complete you will be able to install a new Authy app, that will not show this error.

Please note that using Authy multi-device will make all your Authy token accounts available on the added devices.
