If you already have an Authy app and Coinfloor does not appear in your list of accounts, please uninstall the app, re-install and try to register it with your phone number again. In the unlikely event of the re-installation failing, please go to the app settings to find the Authy ID and your registered phone number, and provide it in a message using our secure Support Form (contact Coinfloor Support).
Sometimes your local install of Authy gets corrupted, maybe due to an OS update, factory reset, or something similar. Your best course of action would be to try installing Authy on another device like a laptop or tablet first to see if that works. The Authy Chrome App works with Windows, Linux and Mac and can be downloaded from:
After verifying the new device works, please reinstall Authy on your old device and the apps will sync.
If that does not work, please try removing all previously registered devices on your Authy account listed under settings, then reinstalling the app.
You may be required to clear all device registrations on stored on Authy's server. To do this, use this link: https://www.authy.com/phones/reset This will take 24 hrs and cannot be sped up, unfortunately, so should only be a last resort if an alternate device will not work.
It's likely this procedure will restore functionality.
