What if I lose my phone and can't access my account?

If you lose your phone don't panic, just having your Authy gone does not endanger your Coinfloor account. When you buy a new phone and retrieve your phone number you'll be able to access back all of your account's by registering the app again using the same phone number.

If you’re using Authy apps on multiple devices, you can use your remaining device to de-authorise your missing phone from producing valid tokens. The password on Authy app will also protect it from unauthorised access.

If you've changed your phone number, please contact Coinfloor Support choosing "2FA reset / change phone number" as Question type. You will need to respond to some security questions to register your new phone number. Coinfloor Support will act swiftly to re-enable your access to your Coinfloor account.
