To deposit GBP you will need to make a bank transfer to Coinfloor's bank account.
To find our bank details log in to your Coinfloor account and select My Account---->Deposit---->GBP
This section will also display your unique reference code which will look like 'TRADE XXXX'. Please note if you wish to use our Autobuy service you will need to use your Autobuy reference which will look like 'AUTO XXXX'.
It is extremely important to enter your reference code correctly. To avoid delays and errors, please enter your reference code in the "message to beneficiary" field and do not add any additional words or numbers.
Once your deposit has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you.
Third party deposits will not be processed. We can only accept deposits from a bank account held in the same name as your Coinfloor account.
If you are depositing from a bank account outside of the UK please make sure the funds are sent in GBP via SWIFT to avoid conversion costs. Funds transferred in other currencies may be converted to GBP at our bank's rate.
