Why does the Authy token return an error message "Invalid"?

If you receive an error message stating the Authy token is invalid, it is most likely because:

  • You’ve entered spaces (either between characters or either side of the token). The token consists of 7 or 8 characters with no spaces.
  • You’ve used a token assigned to a different account.
  • You are attempting to use a token which is not the most recently generated.
  • The token has expired (tokens are valid for 20 sec).

If none of the above applies, please contact Coinfloor Support with the Authy ID and your registered phone number, which you will find within your Authy app settings.
