Why might my Autobuy / Singlebuy deposit be rejected and is there a fee to return it?

We cannot process your Autobuy / Singlebuy deposit if:

  • It has originated from a bank account that is not held in your name (from a third party) or it was not possible to verify the sender details. 
  • The Intended Beneficiary or your Reference Code was entered incorrectly.
  • You deposited corporate funds to your personal account or vice versa.  

If we need to return your Autobuy / Singlebuy deposit an administration fee of £5 will be charged:
