We cannot process your Autobuy / Singlebuy deposit if:
- It has originated from a bank account that is not held in your name (from a third party) or it was not possible to verify the sender details.
- The Intended Beneficiary or your Reference Code was entered incorrectly.
- You deposited corporate funds to your personal account or vice versa.
If we need to return your Autobuy / Singlebuy deposit an administration fee of £5 will be charged:
