What if I lose my phone and can't access my Coinfloor account?

If you’re using Authy on multiple devices you can use one of the other devices to generate a token. You can also use one of the other devices to deauthorise your missing phone from generating tokens. 

When you install Authy on your new phone (with the same phone number), you will be able to access all of your accounts including Coinfloor. 

If you've changed your phone number, please contact Support to reset your 2FA choosing 'Change phone number/Yubikey' as the Question Type.

To ensure your account security you will need to answer a few security questions to register your new phone number.
