Why is my Authy token not being accepted?

Your token may not be accepted because:

  • You’ve entered spaces (either between characters or either side of the token). The token consists of 7 or 8 characters with no spaces.
  • You’ve used a token assigned to a different account.
  • You are attempting to use a token which is not the most recently generated.
  • The token has expired (tokens are valid for 20 sec).

If none of the above applies, please contact Support with your Authy ID and the phone number registered to your Coinfloor account. You can find your Authy ID in the app settings.
