Please check with your bank for the transfer speed and payment method with which they will send your funds. Deposits sent via UK Faster Payments will usually arrive within 30 minutes of your funds being sent. Other payment methods can take longer.
You will receive an email confirming your deposit has been processed. If you’ve not received email confirmation within 90 minutes of sending your deposit please contact Support. The email confirming your deposit may have gone into your spam folder. If so, please mark the email as not spam to avoid this happening again.
